Accomodation

Air conditioning (upon request), free use of yoga gear during the course, wifi, and double beds are all included in the accommodations. Each room can be shared with a close family member, such as a mother-daughter or husband-wife pair, and is exclusively available to people of the same gender. The resort has a yoga studio library and is smoke-free. With hot showers and towels, our bathrooms are tidy and sanitary. We provide each pupil with a private room since we value their privacy. If students choose to share a room, special accommodations will be arranged. Water is regularly supplied for the Western-style toilet.

We also have wifi available 24/7, so using the internet won’t be an issue.

Food

At our ashram, we prioritize sattvic food due to its ability to provide nourishment to the mind, spirit, and body. Our robust yet uncomplicated foods are carefully crafted to enrich your spiritual practice and promote a serene, harmonious condition of being. Due to the purported ability of onions and garlic to worsen restlessness and agitation, we strictly stick to our principles and abstain from using them. Our sattvic meals are made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, which are predominantly organic and in-season. To provide a diverse and nutrient-rich diet, we give priority to consuming whole grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. These foods are widely acknowledged to enhance mental clarity and tranquility due to their lightness, purity, and ease of digestion. Sattvic diet is said to improve mental clarity and alertness by consuming light and pure meals.
