At our ashram, we prioritize sattvic food due to its ability to provide nourishment to the mind, spirit, and body. Our robust yet uncomplicated foods are carefully crafted to enrich your spiritual practice and promote a serene, harmonious condition of being. Due to the purported ability of onions and garlic to worsen restlessness and agitation, we strictly stick to our principles and abstain from using them. Our sattvic meals are made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, which are predominantly organic and in-season. To provide a diverse and nutrient-rich diet, we give priority to consuming whole grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. These foods are widely acknowledged to enhance mental clarity and tranquility due to their lightness, purity, and ease of digestion. Sattvic diet is said to improve mental clarity and alertness by consuming light and pure meals.
